Privacy policy
Below we explain who processes your personal data, for what purpose and what rights you have in this respect.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is "INKFLOW" Hubert Turowski, ul. Centralna 18, 95-030 Starowa Góra, VAT ID (NIP) 7292764209 (the "Controller").
For matters concerning personal data you can contact us at kontakt@inkflowprint.pl or by phone at +48 519 865 693.
What data we process
If you use the contact form, we process the data you provide: your name or company name, e-mail address, phone number (if you provide one) and the content of your message.
If you attach an artwork file to your enquiry, we also process its contents and file name. A copy stays on the server for at most 30 days and is used solely to prepare your quote; we also receive the file as an e-mail attachment.
The server also records standard technical logs, including IP address and the date and time of the request. These are used solely to keep the site secure and working correctly.
Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps necessary prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence).
- Keeping the website secure — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Meeting tax and accounting obligations if an order is placed — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer your enquiry.
How long we keep data
Correspondence relating to quote requests is kept for no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless a contract is concluded — in which case the data is kept for the period required by law, in particular tax law.
Recipients of the data
Your data may be entrusted to providers of our website hosting and e-mail services, only to the extent necessary to provide those services. We do not transfer data to third countries and we do not sell it to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Consent, where given, can be withdrawn at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Cookies and statistics
If you do not consent
The site works with no cookies and no analytics tools at all. Fonts and scripts are served only from our own server — we embed no external maps, social plugins or advertising.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
We would like to know which content is useful, so we ask for your consent to anonymous visit statistics using Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited.
The Google script is loaded only after you consent. Until then it is not sent to your browser at all — this is not merely a restricted mode. If you decline, or make no choice, no statistical data is collected.
Once you consent, Google Analytics stores cookies on your device (`_ga`, `_ga_*`) and collects: approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived. We have disabled Google advertising signals and ad personalisation — the consent covers statistics, not advertising profiles.
The legal basis is your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given: the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page reopens the same choice. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect the lawfulness of statistics collected beforehand. You can also delete Google's cookies in your browser settings.
The cookie holding your choice
Your choice itself (consent or refusal) is stored in an `inkflow_consent` cookie for one year. It is strictly necessary — without it we would have to ask on every page view — and is not used for tracking. Under the applicable rules such a cookie does not require consent.
Administration panel
A session cookie may only be created in the administration panel, which is available to site staff only. It is technically necessary and does not concern visitors.
Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page.
